Aleksandar Gošev

Aleksandar Gošev (1970), Strumica, Northern Macedonia. He completed his studies of Horn at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, in the class of professor Ferenc Tarjani. He has done his teaching activity at music schools in Sremska Mitrovica, Subotica and Skopje. His students regularly participate in competitions and win prestigious awards. He has been awarded as the youngest music educator in Békéscsaba, Hungary (within a competition of 165 candidates). He has attended seminars with prestigious international artists in the Netherlands, Hungary, Switzerland, Germany. He held a seminar in 2006 at the invitation of the Oslo Conservatory in Norway. He has been an Assistant professor at the Faculty of Music Art in Skopje since 2007. He has presented his successful art and concert activity as a soloist, chamber and orchestra musician to a wide audience in the cities of the Netherlands, Hungary, Serbia and Macedonia. He was the first hornist of the Serbian National Theater Orchestra in Novi Sad from 1994-1999. Since 2001, he has become a regular member of the Macedonian Philharmonic Orchestra, since 2005 a member of the Macedonian Brass Quintet, and since 2007 he is a regular member of the Skopje Brass Quintet, with which he has performed at numerous concerts, both on the country music scene and abroad.
