Marko Aleksić, MA graduated and received his MA degree from the Faculty of Music in Belgrade, in the class of prof. Rastislav Kambasković. He graduated in 2001 from the Department of General Music Pedagogy and in 2007 he defended his master thesis. His area of professional scientific interest is music theory, especially the field of harmony with harmonic analysis. During his undergraduate studies, he published seminary papers on the subject of Harmony with harmonic analysis, Musical forms and Analysis of musical styles. He publishes scientific papers and actively participates in scientific conferences and symposia in the country and abroad in the fields of music theory and analysis, musicology and music pedagogy. He is currently a doctoral student in Music Theory at the Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade working on his PhD thesis under the mentorship of Ana Stefanović, PhD, Associate professor.
