She graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Massachusetts (MA), Amherst, in 1972, as well as in the field of juvenile education from Framingham State College, Massachusetts in 1982. She also graduated from Lesley College, Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1988, with a theme: Expressive therapies. She obtained a degree in Humanities in 1994 and Sculpture in 2006 from the University of Houston in Clear Lake, Houston, Texas (TX). She was a participant in the 2012 Aluminum Slab Lithography Workshop at Tamarind Institute, Albuquerque, New Mexico. From 1978 until today, she was Artistic Director at: Pilgrim Day Camp – Framingham, MA; Bellingham JR/SR Memorial High School Professor of Art-Bellingham, MA; Dubois’ Art Studio – Franklin, MA; Clara Macy Elementary School-Bellingham, MA; Clear Lake High School-Houston, TX; Victory Lakes-League City, TX; Clear Creek High School-League City, TX; She was the Art Therapist in: Mary’s Hospital-Galveston, TX; University of Houston Clear Lake, Houston, TX; Boys/Girls Harbor-La Porte; Harris County Dept. of Education, Psychological Services-Houston, TX; High Point Alternative High School for adjudicated and expelled youth; Harris County Dept.
