Sanja Dević (1980), is a Serbian Graphic Designer and Lecturer located in a town called Nis. She holds a MA degree from both Faculty of Arts in Niš in Serbia, and from Faculty of Fine Arts in Cetinje, Montenegro. She is employed at the Faculty of Arts in Niš, Serbia, as an Assistant Professor in the Applied Arts Department – and teaches Graphic Design subjects. During her professional work, she realized a large number of projects for clients around the world (from USA / Canada / Mexico / Great Britain / Austria / France / Denmark / Singapore / Thailand / Croatia / Montenegro / Serbia). Her exhibition activity includes 14 solo exhibitions and over 50 group exhibitions in the country and abroad. She holds several awards for graphic design works, as well as a Charter of the University of Nis as the best student of the Faculty of Arts, the Norwegian scholarship and two scholarships from the Ministry of Education and Sport of the Republic of Serbia for outstanding results during her studies. Her works are published in books and magazines at home and abroad. She is an active Member of the Association of Applied Artists and Designers of Serbia (ULUPUDS), the Nis Branch of the Interactive Design Association (IXDA NIS), and a member of the Center for Lifelong Learning at the Faculty of Arts in Niš. She was also a jury member of many Art competitions in Serbia.
